Dorothy Rosen and her partner are the business owners of Women Belong, a new concept of networking for women business owners. She says, “I was a good girl,” remembering her life before her father’s death. However, she realized that instead of seeking her approval from her father, she learned to get the approval from herself. Expanding into several cities and one other country, Women Belong is helping materialize her dream of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
